Building Code of Australia reports are often required by Council, Fire Brigade, Building Certifiers amongst other key stakeholders. Upon conducting inspection and review of the building, our qualified Fire Engineers will then prepare a BCA report.
The NCC | BCA report is in-depth and detailed, delineating areas of your building with non-compliances in relation to the Fire and Life Safety provisions of the most recent NCC edition. Prescribing where the building stands with the current building code, it also includes required changes and performance-based solutions in order to achieve NCC compliance.
